Biography

Hello!  My name is Bing Fountain, and I would love to help you find your next property.  Whether it will be your principal residence, a revenue property, a “get away from it all” recreational property or a retirement residence, I can help!

I grew up in Regina, Saskatchewan and came to Calgary in 1971. I married my wife Joy, in 1981 and became a REALTOR in 1982 and in 1997, I started DreamScape Realty. I have helped hundreds of people buy and sell homes in the Calgary area over the years, both single family and condominiums.  I also worked with a new home builder for over 13 years.

In 2015 my wife Joy and I moved to Gleniffer Lake Resort & Country Club just west of Innisfail, Alberta.  Please click on the Gleniffer Lake Resort link above to learn more about this hidden gem, just a short drive from Calgary or Edmonton.

I now work almost exclusively in Central Alberta and specifically at the resort, but I will still work with Buyers in Calgary and area.

I am an “ABR” (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and I also carry the “SRES” (Senior’s Real Estate Specialist) designation.  I only work with Buyers; I do not list property.  This eliminates the possibility of the “dual agency” situation where one REALTOR^® represents both sides on a transaction.
