• You acknowledge that you understand the pictures are FREE, that I am not a professional photographer, and there are no guarantees.
• You will be given an  "ID Number".  Click HERE or below to access the Photographs page then click on your ID Number to access your pictures.
• You will be able to view the pictures, download them to your computer and print the pictures and use them as you wish.
• The downloadable files will be fine for 4" x 6" prints.  If you want the larger files for larger prints or posters, simply e-mail me again with the specific file numbers and I will e-mail them back to you.
• PLEASE NOTE:  All pictures are the property of Bing Fountain and DreamScape Realty.  You may use the pictures for your personal use only.  Commercial use without written premission is strictly forbidden.

 

Why do I do this?

 

• First, I like taking pictures.
• Second, I hope that people will appreciate the free photography and will remember us when the time comes to buy or sell a home.  I am and we are better REALTORS® than photographers.
• Third, it will drive traffic to my web site where I hope they will look around, sign up for my FREE monthly newsletter, search the MLS or sign up for the FREE Market Reports.

Please keep in mind, I am NOT a professional photographer.  However, photography has become quite a hobby and I get some very nice shots (see the sample pics by clicking on the "Sample Pics" here or on the photos page).  I use a Canon EOS 7D body,  a Canon EFS 15-85 1:3.5-5.6 IS USM lens and a Canon EF 100-400 1:4.5-5.6 L IS USM lens.  For action shots I can shoot up to 8 frames per second with a shutter speed of 1/3000 of a second or even faster.
