How To Make A Monster

(enter to win tickets below)

Well, that's certainly an interesting title for a Calgary real estate blog.  What's up, you might ask?  Good question.  Until July 1, 2013, Telus Spark has a travelling exhibition by John Cox's Creature Workshop.  For those of you unfamiliar with John Coz's Creature Workshop, it has created some of the coolest animatronic creatures from the flying aliens in the movie Black Pitch, the crocodile in Peter Pan and many more.  In fact Cox, received an Academy Award for Best Visual Effects for work on the movie "Babe".

How To Make A Monster allows audiences to become animatronic puppeteers, lighting techs, creature designers and more.  You will learn how steel, wire, nuts, bolts, pulleys and motors combine to create the bones and muscles that bring the creatures to life.  Internationally shown, this exhibitions displays the skills, the art and technology that creates the monsters seen in the movies.

How does this tie in with a Calgary real estate blog?  Well, it just happens that the prize in this month's DreamScape Realty photo contest is two General Admission tickets to Telus Spark and the exhibition is included with General Admission tickets.  You can enter to win the tickets by signing up for my monthly e-mail newsletter "The DreamWeaver" HERE (enter the contest every month for fun and great prizes), or simply enter the contest by clicking HERE.

Or, if that doesn't work, you can learn more and buy tickets to How To Make A Monster HERE
